About The Role
n
We are growing our team and looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our LifeWorks service based in our beautiful Townsville team.
n
This role is part of a multidisciplinary team that supports people to achieve social and economic participation in their community.
n
Key Responsibilities Include
n
n
Collaborating with a range of stakeholders within a therapeutic support framework.
n
Tailoring services that are individualised & strength based.
n
Develop, implement and review therapy needs, intervention plans and strategies with clients, family, carers, and their service providers.
n
Conduct and complete reports as required
n
n
About You
n
You are a passionate Occupational Therapist looking to make a positive impact in the community.
n
Essential Criteria
n
n
Degree qualified and registered as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA.
n
Experienced working with a variety of disabilities, including those that require complex supports.
n




Knowledgeable and experienced in the development and implementation of occupational therapy assessment and intervention strategies in a disability context.
n
Able to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team environment
n
Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
n
