Job Description
As a Warehouse Pick Packer, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, dispatching orders, and assisting with product reworks within the warehouse operation.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable team member to join our growing warehouse team. You'll be part of a fast-paced, supportive environment focused on efficiency, quality, and exceptional customer service. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
n
Accurately pick and pack customer orders from warehouse shelves, ensuring correct products and quantities are selected
n
Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
n
Assist with receiving, unloading containers, and put-away of incoming inventory
n
Complete product reworks and repackaging tasks by following detailed instructions and quality standards
n
Ensure reworked products are completed correctly and presented to a high standard
n
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
n
Adhere to all health, safety,



and quality control procedures
n
Participate in cycle counts and stocktake processes as required
n
What We're Looking For
n
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required, as full training will be provided
n
Ability to follow instructions accurately and complete rework tasks with strong attention to detail
n
Physically fit and capable of unloading containers and handling warehouse duties
n
Ability to perform medium lifting up to 20kg for container unloading and up to 15kg for general warehouse duties
n
Reliable, motivated, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
n
Good communication and teamwork skills
n
Commitment to workplace health and safety
n
Willingness to learn and assist across different warehouse functions as required
n
Must possess valid Australian work rights
n
Please note that you will start as a full time casual with full time as a possibility.
