We're partnering with an established commercial property firm seeking a commercially minded Senior Asset Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of assets across Adelaide.

The Role
n
As the Senior Asset Manager, you'll take ownership of a diverse commercial portfolio, ensuring assets perform at their highest potential while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage the day-to-day performance of a commercial asset portfolio,



including budgets, reporting and compliance.
n
Build trusted relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders while providing strategic asset advice.
n
Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, outgoings, arrears and contractor management.
n
Coordinate maintenance, capital works and statutory compliance across the portfolio.
n
Work collaboratively with internal teams to maximise asset performance and client satisfaction.
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven experience in Commercial Asset Management or Senior Commercial Property Management.
n
Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing budgets and reporting.
n
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
n
Current Real Estate Licence, with Cirrus8 experience highly regarded.
n
Proactive, organised and committed to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
n
