The Role
n
We are looking for the best. A leader to head up the operations of this top50 gaming venue. An individual who recognises the strategic importance of the location and the rewards, both personal & professional, which accompany such a venue in such a prized location.

Reporting into the COO and executive team you will lead your team through busy services periods ensuring a high level of customer service at all times. Coming from a strong hospitality background fostered around gaming, TAB & serviceyour passion for providing a excellent product in a busy and sometimes pressured environment is always seen in your work. You always push to succeed in anything you attempt and surpassing targets is your passion.

The successful applicant will possess:
n
n
A minimum of 4years previous management experience and strong knowledge in all aspects of running a busy hotel, particularlyfrom a gaming/wagering perspective.
n




Extensive background in a strong gaming orientated venue with proven results to show same.
n
The ability to hold a hoteliers licence
n
Experience in a busy wagering & gaming environment
n
Extensive knowledge of TAB and gaming operations and the required service levels to be top of the game
n
Current RSA & RCG certificates
n
A hands on approach to management
n
A friendly, self motivated personality with excellent people skills
n
A passion for the hospitality industry with the ability to create a positive and proactive working environment
n

A demonstrated understanding of industry related technology systems

An understanding of west corridorclientele and business drivers

Strong reporting and analysis skills
