Are you a GP or a Nurse Practitioner who enjoys working with young people and wants to make a genuine difference in their health and wellbeing?

headspace Lismore and headspace Tweed Heads are seeking an experienced General or Nurse Practitioner to join our welcoming and collaborative team. This is a unique opportunity to provide holistic care to young people aged ***** years in a well-established, multidisciplinary environment where care and clinical risk are shared across the team.

Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a General Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner
n
Must be set up as a Private practitioner
n
Current Working with Children Check
n
Current National Police Check
n
