WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
n
As Venue Manager, you'll take ownership of the overall performance of your venue, including:
n
n
Building, coaching and inspiring a high-performing leadership team
n
Recruiting,



developing and retaining exceptional team members
n
Creating a positive, energetic workplace culture where people love coming to work
n
Driving sales, profitability and key business performance indicators
n
Leading daily operations across arcade, bowling, attractions, parties and food & beverage
n
Managing labour, wages, stock, budgets and overall venue performance
n
Delivering outstanding customer experiences that keep guests coming back
n
Maintaining exceptional standards across presentation, cleanliness, safety and compliance
n
Building strong relationships within the local community
n
Identifying opportunities to grow sales, improve operations and enhance the guest experience
n
Leading from the front and creating an environment where your team can thrive
n
n
ABOUT YOU
n
You're an experienced leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to bring out the best in people.
n
You lead with energy, accountability and positivity, and understand that great venues are built by great teams.
n
You'll ideally bring:
n
n
Experience managing high-volume hospitality, entertainment, leisure or retail venues
n
Proven leadership experience with large teams
n
Strong commercial and financial acumen
n
Experience managing KPIs,



labour costs and budgets
n
Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
n
A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the front
n
Food and beverage management experience is highly regarded
n
A current Working With Children Check, or the ability to obtain one
n
