Lower pricing may strengthen the overall competitiveness of the submission, while higher rates may still be considered where the candidate brings niche GEOINT expertise, robust Defence capability experience, active PV clearance and directly relevant assurance e
xperience.The Commonwealth is procuring the engagemen
t under a fixed-price recurring serv
ices model, so Azooa will use the agreed contractor rate as part of the broader fixed-price
quotation.
