As aUX Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping digital solutions that are intuitive, accessible and aligned to real user needs. You'll combine solid business analysis capabilities with human-centred design, user research and usability practices to support successful digital delivery.

What You'll Do
n

Lead user-centred research, business analysis and design activities.
n
Engage stakeholders through workshops, interviews and focus groups.
n
Translate user and business needs into clear requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
n
Create personas, user journeys, wireframes and prototypes to bring requirements to life.
n
Conduct usability testing, reviews and UAT to validate and refine solutions.
n
Collaborate closely with developers, architects, business stakeholders and change teams.
n
Support solution validation, configuration reviews and change impact assessments.
n
Produce clear, high-quality documentation and ensure deliverables are completed on time.

What You'll Bring

n
Proven experience as aUX Business Analystor in a similar human-centred digital role.
n




Strong expertise inuser research, design thinking, interaction design and usability testing.
n
Experience designing user experiences across digital products and platforms.
n
Strong business analysis, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Experience working across multidisciplinary business, technology and change teams.
n
Proficiency withJira, Confluence, SharePoint, Visio and Figmaor similar tools.
n
Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
n
A strong understanding of accessibility and user-centred design principles.
n
A collaborative, proactive and delivery-focused approach.
