Community Physiotherapist - Multiple Roles Available

Physio To You is a leading provider of community-based allied health services. We are seeking experienced and passionate Community Physiotherapists to join our growing team in Melbourne (North Western, Eastern, South Eastern suburbs & the Mornington Peninsula). In this casual role, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to clients in their homes and local communities. The role also has potential to transition to part time employment.

Physio to You is looking for therapists for the following regions;
n
North/West Melbourne - we are looking for an ongoing therapist who can work a minimum of 1-2 half or full days. Clients are located within 30 minutes of Keilor.
n
Western Melbourne - we are looking for an ongoing therapist who can work a minimum of 1-2 half or full days. Clients are located within 30 minutes of Altona.
n
South-East Melbourne - we are looking for an ongoing therapist who can work a minimum of 1-2 half or full days. Clients are located within 30 minutes of Clayton.
n
Eastern Suburbs - we are looking for an ongoing therapist who can work a minimum of 1-2 half or full days. Clients are located within 30 minutes of Box Hill.
n
Mornington Peninsula - we are looking for an ongoing therapist who can work a minimum of 1-2 half or full days. Clients are located within 30 minutes of Frankston.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients
n




Provide physiotherapy interventions, including exercise, manual therapy, and the prescription of assistive devices
n
Educate clients and their families on managing their conditions and maintaining independence
n
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in a community or outpatient physiotherapy setting
n
Strong clinical reasoning and physiotherapy skills
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and their families
n
Proficient in using technology, including electronic medical records and telehealth platforms
n
Adaptable, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
n
Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care
n
