COS is seeking a Team Manager - Production to lead the Brisbane distribution centre, driving performance, safety and efficiency across warehousing operations. You will develop Team Leaders and oversee shift teams to ensure service and dispatch requirements are met, while upholding WHS and compliance across site operations.
