About the Role

Conduct comprehensive functional assessments and develop individualised intervention plans
n
Deliver evidence-based therapy services in community and/or clinic environments
n
Support clients to improve independence, safety, and participation in daily activities
n
Prescribe assistive technology and recommend home modifications as required
n
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
n




Maintain timely and accurate documentation
n

You Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
n

n
Passion for client-centred, evidence-based practice
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Current driver's licence (for community-based work)
