n Annual Salary: $100k to $120k + super

About the Role:
n
As a key member of a delivery team, the Research Analyst UX works closely with the UX/UI Designers, Digital Delivery stakeholders and other data specialists to provide key insights into the customer experience within the digital area of interest.
n
n
Conduct quantitative UX research, including surveys, analytics, A/B testing, and statistical analysis, across digital customer experience journeys.
n
Evaluate complex information from large-scale datasets using advanced analytical techniques to identify key user behavior trends and patterns.
n
Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end research initiatives with significant autonomy, adapting methodologies to novel and complex contexts.
n
Translate complex research findings into explicit,



compelling narratives to communicate actionable insights effectively to diverse stakeholders and senior leadership.
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to champion a "customer-led" culture and maintain consistency across online products and digital journeys.
n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
n
n
Strong commercial acumen paired with excellent communication and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Proven expertise in applying comprehensive UX research principles, methodologies, and best practices (qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-methods).
n
Hands-on experience using analytical tools and technical software for data manipulation, visualization, and deep-dive user data analysis.
n
Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unique UX scenarios using sophisticated problem-solving techniques to uncover root causes.
n
A creative, adaptive approach to research, capable of devising innovative solutions and varied testing approaches from day one.
n
