Job Description
Are you a confident, self-sufficient HR professional who thrives in an autonomous role? We're looking for a Human Resources Officer to take full ownership of our HR function and support a growing, dynamic team.

This is a standalone position, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, making decisions, and building strong people practices from the ground up.

Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5pm)

About the Role
n
As our HR Officer, you will be the go-to person for all HR-related matters. From recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance, you'll play a key role in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
n
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and development
n
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
n
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
n
Support leadership with strategic HR initiatives
n
Foster a positive and productive workplace culture
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven experience in an HR generalist or HR manager role
n
Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities
n
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
High level of discretion and professionalism
n
Proactive, organised, and adaptable
