The Opportunity
n
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join a high-profile program based in Sydney. This role will see you working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery partners to gather requirements, define business processes, and support end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Engage with business stakeholders to understand processes, requirements, and business objectives.
n
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
n
Ensure artefacts and documentation align with governance standards and ServiceNow best practices.
n
Act as the key liaison between business users and ServiceNow technical teams.
n
Support solution design discussions and facilitate requirement workshops.
n




Coordinate with offshore delivery teams to support successful end-to-end project delivery.
n
Manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
Collaborate with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
Essential
n
n
5+ years' Australian experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst or Business Process Consultant.
n
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
n
Expertise in Service Portal and Workspace.
n
Experience with ServiceNow workflows, data models, APIs, and integrations.
n
Experience across ITSM, CSM, and PSDS modules.
n
Outstanding stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship management skills.
n
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within project teams. Highly Regarded
n

Previous experience within utilities, water, energy, or government environments.
n
Experience delivering complex enterprise ServiceNow transformation programs.
n
Exposure to large-scale organisations with distributed delivery models.
n
