About The Opportunity
n
MGC are seeking an experienced Operator to join our team and support the delivery of a rail civil works project in Byford, WA.
n
Your Day-to-day Activities Will Include
n
n
Operating 5-8 tonne rubber tyred excavators
n
Operating tracked excavators, skid steer loaders and padfoot rollers
n
Completing excavation, backfilling and compaction works to specification
n
Conducting pre-start inspections and maintaining equipment in a safe and serviceable condition
n
Working independently while ensuring compliance with site safety and quality requirements
n
n

You're a motivated and reliable operator who takes pride in delivering quality work and thrives in a hands-on construction environment.
n
You Will Bring
n
n
Current C Class Driver's Licence
n
Demonstrated experience in earthworks, excavation, backfill and compaction activities
n
Ability to work unsupervised and manage daily tasks effectively
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
n
Proven experience operating:
n
n
5-8 tonne Rubber Tyred Excavators
n
Tracked Excavators
n
Skid Steer Loaders
n
Padfoot Rollers
n
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
HR Manual Driver's Licence
n
ARC and PTA Supervised Safe Worker Accreditation
n
Previous experience undertaking civil works within a railway signalling or rail infrastructure environment
n
Bulk earthworks experience
n
n
