We are currently seeking a second Part Time Warehouse Coordinator to join our team
n
Someone who can work part of a small team, but can also think for themself.
n
ALLFAB Supplies Aust was established in **** and is based in Croydon South, VIC. We distribute hardware, components and consumables to the Window, Door and Glass industry.
n
Responsibilities and Duties
n
n
Receiving and dispatching goods
n
Picking and packing
n
Loading and unloading trucks
n
Manage all relevant documentation involved in the transition of incoming / outgoing goods
n
Ensuring all goods received are correctly labelled and stored
n
Liaising with couriers and transport companies to arrange pick up and follow up on delayed deliveries
n
Ensure all warehouse equipment is in good working condition and stored correctly
n
Organizing stock within the warehouse
n
Assembly or parts as & when required
n
Quarterly Cyclic Counts
n
Ensure warehouse is neat and tidy at all times
n
Other warehouse duties as and when required
n
n
The successful candidate MUST have the following attributes:
n
n
Able to work Monday to Friday 12:00pm to 4:30pm
n




1 year working experience in a warehouse
n
Certificate 2 or 3 (preferable but not essential)
n
Technical aptitude and the ability to learn fast. Some knowledge into aluminum door and window hardware would be highly appreciated, although not essential.
n
Computer literate especially MS Outlook, Excel & Word
n
Good written and verbal communication skills
n
Excellent work ethics with solid loyalty to the company and team
n
Able to work as part of a team and also independently with little or no supervision
n
A "CAN DO" attitude with an ability to think outside the norm
n
Must be flexible regarding duties
n
Able to solve common problems and deal with a variety of situations in a logical and methodical fashion
n
Proven ability to work under pressure
n
