The Role

We'relooking for an enthusiastic and creative Lifestyle professional to lead our Lifestyle team and deliver a program that truly makes our aged care community come alive.
n

As our Lifestyle Coordinator,you'lldesign and oversee aperson‐centredLifestyle program that reflects each resident's
interests,abilitiesand
cultural background. You'll mentor a passionate team, drive engaging activities, and ensure our Lifestyle program is a central part of daily life and wellbeing within the home.

Build strong relationships with residents and families to develop meaningful, individualised Lifestyle Plans
n
Create engaging activities that support emotional, social,
cognitive,spiritualand
physical wellbeing
n
Lead,supportand motivate the Lifestyle team to deliverhigh‐qualityprograms
n
Work closely with clinical and care staff to ensure plans are
safe,appropriateand
aligned with resident needs
n
Ensure the program meets accreditation standards and organisational policies
n
Manage the activities budget and ensure resources and equipment are well maintained
n
Build robust community links to bring external engagement into the home
n

To be Successful
n
n
Cert IV in Leisure & Lifestyle,



Diversional Therapy or equivalent (recognised by Bolton Clarke)
n
Current First Aid Certificate
n
A passion for creating meaningful experiences that enhance resident wellbeing
n
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team
n
Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
n
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
n
Understanding of aged care legislation and regulatory requirements
n
Initiative and problem‐solving skills to drive positive outcomes
n
CompleteaNational PoliceCheckand or a NDS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement
n
