About the Role
n
Project Coordinator is responsible for the safe andefficient undertaking of projects and daily operations; providing daily supportand supervision to our field staff to ensure that we remain the best we can be.A Project Coordinator is also responsible for: 1. Liaising with clients toidentify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. 2. Workingclosely with the Senior Project
Coordinator/Regional
Manager, and operationsteam (field staff) to achieve project goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily project activities, schedules, andresources
n
Assist with procurement,



subcontractor management, and sitelogistics
n
Track project progress, prepare reports, and maintainaccurate documentation
n
Support compliance with safety, environmental, and
qualityrequirements
n
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders toensure smooth communication
n
Assist in budget monitoring and cost control
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced,team-oriented environment. You'll bring strong organisational skills, attentionto detail, and a proactive attitude.

Previous experience in a Project Coordination orAdministration role (civil or construction industry - Bridges)
n
A Construction Induction Card ? White card (Essential)
n
Valid Driver's Licence
n
The right to work in Australia.
n
Robust understanding of civil maintenance or
infrastructureworks
n
Excellent communication and time management skills
n
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project) andproject management software
n
Knowledge of WHS and quality standards in a civilenvironment
n
Enthusiasm and good honest, work ethic
n
Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering,
ConstructionManagement,
or related field
