Our client is a well-established builder-developer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality commercial and multi-residential developments across Brisbane. They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of a high-rise apartment project in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily site operations, subcontractors and site teams.
n
Drive the construction programme and coordinate all site activities.
n
Monitor project progress, quality and HSEQ compliance.
n
n
Requirements
n
n
5+ years' experience as a Site Manager delivering high-rise apartment or multi-residential projects.
n
Proven ability to lead site teams and effectively manage subcontractors.
n
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, HSEQ and site compliance.
n
QBCC Site Supervisor Licence is essential.
n
