Jesuit Social Services is seeking a case management qualified to support children aged 8–13 exhibiting high-risk behaviours as part of the Reset program. You will deliver intensive, trauma-informed case management and outreach, coordinating with families, schools and community services to promote protective factors and positive developmental outcomes.
