Job Description
As the Storeperson, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site warehouse and inventory activities, including receipting, issuing, storing, and maintaining stock levels for mining operations.

Working closely with maintenance, operational, and procurement teams, you will ensure inventory is managed efficiently and accurately while maintaining a safe and organised warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
n
n
Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries and freight.
n
Issue parts, consumables, tools, and equipment to site personnel.
n
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control systems.
n
Conduct stocktakes and inventory audits.
n
Coordinate freight dispatches and returns.
n
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
n
Ensure stores and warehouse areas are maintained to a high housekeeping standard.
n
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
n
Assist with purchasing and procurement administration as required.
n
Identify and report damaged, faulty,



or missing stock items.
n
Maintain compliance with site safety procedures and warehouse processes.
n
Support operational and maintenance teams with materials management requirements.
n

Qualifications
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Previous experience in a Storeperson, Warehouse, Logistics, or Inventory role.
n
Experience within mining, construction, resources, or heavy industry environments highly regarded.
n
Current Forklift Licence (essential).
n
Robust computer skills and experience with inventory management systems.
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
n
High attention to detail and accuracy.
n
Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
n
A commitment to safety and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
