In the role of Claude Strategy, Change & Adoption Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients on the strategic implementation of Anthropic's Claude technology in their workplaces. This position requires a blend of technology strategy and change management expertise to ensure that AI becomes an integral part of everyday productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic direction for the adoption of Anthropic's Claude technology in workplace settings.
n
Design and execute user-focused change and adoption campaigns to enhance AI integration and address skepticism.
n
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the value and benefits of AI initiatives from pilot projects to full-scale implementation.
n
Lead complex projects related to Claude strategy and adoption, ensuring delivery excellence and managing risks as technology evolves.
n
Advise clients on AI workforce transformation strategies, focusing on Claude's capabilities and business change requirements.
n
Facilitate workshops to assess current and future working methods, promoting AI-enhanced productivity and collaboration.
n
Drive organizational change initiatives that support successful Claude deployment through effective communication and training.
n
Create and deliver training sessions on Claude technology for various audiences, ensuring comprehensive understanding and engagement.

Establish community support networks and resources to sustain AI adoption as features and capabilities evolve.

Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate the vision for AI and align business and technology leaders around Claude adoption.

Qualifications
n
n
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
n
Proven experience in consulting, with at least four years in a similar role.
n
Hands-on experience with Generative and Agentic AI solutions, particularly Claude.
n
Demonstrated ability to design and implement change management and adoption strategies at scale.
n
Strong project management skills, familiar with agile methodologies.
n
Experience in facilitating training and workshops for diverse audiences, both in-person and remotely.
n
Technical knowledge of Claude, including its applications in workplace settings.
n
Understanding of AI risks and ethical considerations, with the ability to address these in adoption programs.
n
Excellent communication and analytical skills to engage senior stakeholders and convey complex AI concepts.
