UpperGround by Hudson is seeking an experienced Technology Support Specialist (Level 2) to provide in office IT support for staff and students across Adelaide campuses. The role operates within a full-time, on-site contract from early September to year-end, delivering hands-on assistance and rapid issue resolution.

The successful candidate will have Level 2 desktop support experience, strong Windows troubleshooting, and familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
