Job Description
Oversees and manages market sectors within P&C;'s portfolio of projects. Responsible for securing recent opportunities and managing a staff to ensure project completion is on time, within budget, and meets P&C;'s quality standards. Develops and maintains professional and client relationships and provides development opportunities for project team members.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of project scope and approach

Understanding of estimating, scheduling, sustainability measures (i.e., LEED), budget control
n
Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
Detail oriented and analytical
n
High degree of integrity and professionalism
n
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Vista, and Procore
n
Education/Experience
n
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field
n
Equivalent field experience in lieu of degree
n
Minimum seven years' experience as Project Manager
