About the Role
n
We are seeking an experienced Senior Waiter to join our front-of-house team. The successful applicants will have a strong understanding of professional table service, food and beverage offerings and the ability to deliver knowledgeable and attentive service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Deliver warm, skilled and attentive table service throughout the guest experience
n
Prepare and arrange tables and ensure the dining area is presented to a high standard before and during service
n
Welcome guests, manage reservations and present menus and beverage lists
n
Take customer orders and communicate them accurately to the kitchen and bar
n
Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the menu, food preparation and beverage offerings
n
Provide informed recommendations on menu items, wines and beverages to completement guests selections
n
Serve food and beverages in accordance with the restaurant's service standards
n
Open bottles and serve wine and other beverages, assisting with beverage preparation where required




n
Monitor tables throughout service and respond promptly to guests' requests
n
Clear, reset and maintain tables throughout service, including removing used dishes, glassware and bottles
n
Process customer payments and operate POS and cash register systems
n
Assist with opening and closing procedures
n
Work closely with the kitchen and management team to coordinate an efficient and seamless service.

About You
n
n
Hospitality qualifications (Certificate III, IV or equivalent) will be highly regarded.
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in a comparable restaurant environment.
n
A passion for premium hospitality delivering genuine guest experiences.
n
Strong communication and leadership skills.
n
Calm, organised and confident in a fast-paced environment.
n
Excellent presentation and strong attention to detail.
n
Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
