Required Skills & Experience
n
n
7+ years of Business Analysis experience delivering large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.
n
Demonstrated experience in payment processing, financial transactions, scheme administration, grants, subsidies, rebates, licensing, regulatory services, or customer service programs.
n
Strong experience in end-to-end business process analysis, including current state assessment, future state design, and process optimization.
n
Experience eliciting and documenting complex business requirements and acceptance criteria.
n
n
Strong knowledge of:

Business Process Modelling
n
Process Re-engineering
n
Customer Journey Mapping
n
Business Rules Analysis
n
Data Analysis and Data Mapping
n
Experience working across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
n
Solid workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
n
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholder groups.
n
