Contract Administrator – Luxury Residential Construction

Salary: Up to $120,000 + Super | High-End Residential Projects

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a highly regarded residential construction team delivering exceptional, high-end homes across Sydney and the Central Coast region.
n
This is an exciting opportunity to work on bespoke luxury residential projects valued up to $20M, collaborating closely with experienced project and construction teams to deliver homes of an exceptionally high standard.
n
The Role As Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for the commercial and contractual administration of luxury residential construction projects from procurement through to completion.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing contracts, variations, progress claims and payment schedules
n
Preparing and reviewing subcontractor and supplier agreements
n
Managing procurement and subcontractor packages
n
Monitoring project costs, budgets and financial reporting
n
Managing variations, extensions of time and contractual correspondence
n
Supporting project managers and site teams with commercial matters
n
Maintaining accurate project documentation and records
n




Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
n
Assisting with the successful delivery of projects valued up to $20M
n

About You
n
We are looking for someone who has:
n
n
Proven Contract Administration experience within residential construction
n
Experience working on high-end, luxury or bespoke residential projects
n
Experience managing projects valued at $10M–$20M+
n
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, variations, procurement and cost control
n
Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
n
Strong communication and negotiation skills
n
The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with project and site teams
n
A qualified, organised and proactive approach
n
