Job Description

Solid SAP HR functional expertise coveringEmployee Central, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, andHR business processes.
n
Ability to engage directly with
businessstakeholders,
conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate theminto SAP solutions.
n
Good understanding of HR integrations, datamigration, reporting, and security/role design concepts.
n
Experience supporting end-to-end projectlifecycle including design, testing, training, and deployment.
n
Strong communication skills with the ability tobridge business requirements and technical delivery teams.
n
n
SAP Payroll Consultant (ECP / Payroll)
n
n




Deep SAP Payroll functional knowledge includingpayroll configuration, wage types, schema/rules, and payroll operations.
n
Ability to work directly with payroll businessteams to understand legislative, award, and operational requirements.
n
Experience in payroll testing,
reconciliation,defect
management, and production support activities.
n
Good understanding of payroll integrations, timemanagement, finance posting, and downstream systems.
n
Able to translate complex payroll
businessrequirements
into practical SAP payroll solutions and guide technicalteams.
n

Requirements

Strong SAP Finance expertise across GeneralLedger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, andFinancial Reporting.
n
Ability to facilitate workshops with
Financestakeholders
and convert business requirements into SAP design solutions.
n
Experience with S/4HANA Finance processes,month-end close, controls, reporting, and compliance requirements.
n
Good understanding of finance integrations, datamigration, testing, and
reporting/analytics
requirements.
n
Robust stakeholder management skills with theability to work across business, architecture, and technical deliveryteams.
