About the Role
n
Provides a variety of work, that will fully utilise all your skills with the potential do develop more!.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
To work in a safe and standard way, and provide support for safe and standard work
n
Daily start‐up, shutdown and changeover of production lines to ensure stable production cycles
n
Mechanical maintenance and repair of food production equipment
n
Preventative maintenance tasks
n
Breakdown response and fault-finding
n
Support general site maintenance as required
n
contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
n
About You
n

Happy to work a weekday rotation, that will include weekend work (shared roster)
n
(training will be provided, across all equipment so please feel confident to apply if you meet the values criteria but require any additional training in other areas)
n
Experience or exposure to manufacturing environments (food manufacturing desirable)
n
Practical, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
n
Good communication across different roles and expectations supportive teamwork skills
n
Current driver's licence essential due to location
n
Desirable (but not essential)
n
n
Welding or fabrication skills
n
Familiarity with preventative maintenance systems
n
n
This is a hands‐on role that will fully utlise all skills providing a variety of work to support the secure and standard operation of production equipment and site facilities. As a member of a small high performing maintenance team,
