Role Overview
n
We're looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager with a strong technical background to help plan, manage, and deliver key initiatives across our 26-person team. This role will own the end-to-end management of projects—from Application builds to critical maintenance and cloud migrations—ensuring alignment with our strategic priorities and smooth execution across teams.

You will be the bridge between engineering, operations, infrastructure, and leadership—driving delivery excellence, removing blockers, and championing best practices in DevOps.

Key Responsibilities
n

Own planning and delivery for a portfolio of initiatives spanning development, ongoing maintenance, and large-scale migrations.
n
Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, and product teams to define project scopes, requirements, and priorities.
n
Maintain and manage a clear, prioritized roadmap aligned with company goals.
n
Track and communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership and stakeholders.
n




Support post-incident reviews and ensure learnings are integrated into processes.
n
Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the DevOps organization.

Required Skills and Experience
n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience managing complex software development or DevOps projects in a cloud-based environment.
n
Proven ability to deliver projects across development, maintenance, and migration contexts.
n
Robust technical background with previous software development experience (e.g., .NET, Java, PHP, Python, etc.) and the ability to challenge technical decisions and delivery estimates.
n
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
n
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
n
Exceptional communication skills for coordinating diverse technical teams and reporting to senior leadership.
n
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Nice to Have
n

Experience in SaaS environments with high-availability, high-security requirements.
n
Familiarity with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and modern observability stacks.
n
Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO *****, etc.).
