The Opportunity

Our Industrial team brings together experienced engineers and project managers with a strongtrack recordof delivering complex, high-quality projects.
n
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an
experiencedEngineering
Leadto lead multi-disciplinary design delivery and work closely with clients across major heavy industrial projects.
n
In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of design phases across a portfolio of projects. Working alongside clients, and technical leads,you'llensure design outcomes are integrated, robust, and aligned with projectobjectives.

You will:

Leadand coordinatemulti-disciplinary design teams acrossconcept, preliminary,
detaileddesignandconstruction
stages
n
Managedesign programs, scope, budgets, risks, internal and
externalinterfacesand
quality processes
n
Providetechnical guidance and drive decision making throughout all stages of design
n
Facilitatedesign workshops, peerreviewsand design assurance activities
n
Support bids and proposals, including defining design
strategiesandmethodology
n
Contributeto the growth and capability development ofBeca'
sIndustrialdesignteam
n
About You
n
You are a degree-qualified Process,



Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with experience in sectors such a heavy manufacturing,
mining,metalsprocessing,
chemicals, or sustainable fuels. You bring solid
technicalexpertiseand
a proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary design delivery on complex projects.
n
You are
collaborative,solutions
-focused, and confident working across a range of stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.You'llalso bring:
n
Proven experience as a Project Engineer, Engineering Lead, or similar role on multi-disciplinary engineering projects
n
Strong understanding of engineering design processes, inter-disciplinary coordination, problem-solving, design assurance, and quality management
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Ability to navigate complex interfaces across disciplines, contractors, and clients
n
Strongrelationship building skills, andabilityto understandand translateour client'srequirements into project deliverables
n
Apassion for coachingand
mentoringjuniorteam
members
