Job Description
LJ Hooker Casula is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team.

We're after someone who knows property management, is confident in what they do and can hit the ground running.
n
You'll be working alongside a Senior Property Manager managing a shared portfolio of around 300 rental properties. You'll have plenty of support around you, including offshore admin support, an experianced PM and a skilled receptionist.

What you'll be doing

Looking after landlords and tenants enquiries
n
Conducting routine inspections and ingoing condition reports
n
Running open homes and private inspections
n
Managing applications
n
Managing maintenance, repairs and trades
n
Handling day-to-day tenancy matters
n
Using PropertyTree and Inspection Manager
n
Participating in a rotating Saturday roster
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Solid property management experience
n
Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and trades
n




Positive knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
n
Someone who knows the general ins and outs of property management
n
Organised, reliable and able to manage a busy workload
n
Confident using PropertyTree and Inspection Manager
n
Someone who is easy to work with and genuinely enjoys being part of a young fun team
n

We're a small team and genuinely look out for each other.

You'll be working alongside a Senior Property Manager with years of experience who is happy to teach you everything there is to know about property management — if you share the same passion for the industry.
n
You'll also have offshore admin support and a Receptionist to help take care of the admin and day-to-day office stuff, giving you more time to focus on your portfolio and your clients.
