About the Role
n
You'll join our high achieving and driven inbound sales team at our freshly renovated Braeside HQ, helping customers choose the right TAXIBOX solution & converting warm enquiries into bookings. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll build sales capability, learn our tech stack & work closely with Ops.
n

A 5-day working week including some Saturday shifts, with a weekday off in lieu to balance it out. Saturdays are shorter but paid at your standard rate.

Convert inbound leads & close bookings

Qualify customer needs & tailor solutions

Coordinate with Dispatch for smooth delivery
n
Hit KPIs while delivering standout service
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
Sales or service-to-sales experience (retail, call centre & hospitality welcome)
n
Confident communicator who loves solving problems
n
Tech-comfortable (CRM experience a bonus)
n
Strong attention to detail & multitasking
n
Coachable, curious & thrives in fast-paced teams
