About The Opportunity
n
As a HSEQ Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing advice, coaching, guidance, and support to ensure compliance with HSEQ management standards and the optimisation of operations. This role is based on a Pilbara mine site and will provide day shift only HSEQ support, working closely with supervisors, operators, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide on-the-ground HSEQ support across civil and mining operations
n
Facilitate risk assessments (Take Control, JHAs, TBRA) and drive secure work practices
n
Conduct workplace inspections, hazard reporting, and assist with incident investigations
n
Support the rollout of company safety initiatives and compliance frameworks
n




Mentor and coach operators and supervisors on HSEQ compliance and continuous improvement
n
Maintain accurate safety documentation in line with company requirements
n

About You
n
n
Previous site experience as a HSEQ Advisor in civil construction or mining operations
n
Strong knowledge of WA Mines Safety legislation and industry standards
n
Effective communicator with the ability to engage with both crews and clients
n
Competent in incident investigation and risk management frameworks
n
Cert IV WHS or equivalent qualifications - Essential
n
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE***** or equivalent) - highly regarded
n
ICAM training (desirable)
