What You'll Be Doing

As a tele-fundraiser, you'll:
n
Make outbound calls to warm and cold prospects to secure ongoing monthly donations.
n
Build genuine rapport and have meaningful conversations with supporters.
n
Share powerful stories of impact and inspire people to become regular donors.
n
Consistently achieve and exceed fundraising targets and KPIs.
n
Represent highly respected Australian charities with professionalism and passion.
n
Help create a positive donor experience that encourages long-term support.

WhatYou'llLove About This Role

You'll hit the ground running with an immediate start, a competitive casual rate of $***** per hour, and paid training to set you up for success. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home while maintaining consistent weekday hours, with shifts scheduled at a minimum of 5 hours per day.

Who We're Looking For

You'll be successful in this role if you:

Have previous experience in fundraising, telesales, outbound sales, customer service, or call centre environments.
n
Are confident speaking with people and building rapport quickly.
n
Enjoy working towards targets and are motivated by performance.
n
Have solid communication and persuasion skills.
n
Are resilient, positive, and able to handle objections confidently.
n
Are comfortable using digital platforms and learning new systems.
n
Are passionate about making a difference through your work.
