We're partnering with a globally recognised professional services organisation that has already made significant investments in AI and is now accelerating delivery across a growing portfolio of high-profile initiatives. This newly created role offers the opportunity to work exclusively on AI projects, shaping how emerging technologies are adopted across a complex, international business.

Working within a global technology team and partnering closely with dedicated AI leaders, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative AI solutions that improve productivity, collaboration, knowledge management and business operations.

The Opportunity
n
You'll join a mature project environment supporting a substantial global technology portfolio, with a dedicated investment stream focused entirely on AI initiatives.
n
The organisation has already achieved several major AI milestones, including enterprise-wide Copilot deployment, implementation of advanced AI collaboration tools, agentic AI capabilities and the development of a sovereign data environment. The focus now is on scaling these initiatives and identifying the next generation of AI opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Deliver multiple AI projects simultaneously from concept through to production.
n
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, assess feasibility and manage delivery outcomes.
n
Navigate key AI considerations including security, governance, privacy, integration, cost management, supportability and auditability.
n
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and lead pilots, proofs of concept and innovation initiatives.
n




Support AI governance processes and ensure solutions meet organisational and regulatory requirements.
n
Work closely with local and international AI leadership teams to prioritise and roadmap future initiatives.
n
Apply Agile and PRINCE2 delivery principles within a large-scale enterprise environment.
n

About You
n
You'll bring a mix of project delivery expertise and a genuine interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
n
We're interested in candidates who have:
n
1. Proven experience delivering technology projects within legal firms
n
OR
n
2. 1-2 years experience implementing AI initiatives in an enterprise environment.
n
PLUS
n
n
Strong understanding of project governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
n
Experience managing complex projects involving multiple business and technical stakeholders.
n
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
n
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and structured project management frameworks.
n
