The Aboriginal Engagement Advisor (AEA) is a frontline, prison-based role with state-wide coverage across Victorian locations. You will build robust ties with Aboriginal communities and organisations while supporting Aboriginal staff, acting as an escalation point for AWOs.

The AEA links prisons with Community Correctional Services and Aboriginal community groups, providing cultural supervision and coordinating engagement. A driver licence and multi-location work are essential requirements.
