ABOUT THE ROLE
n
In this All-Rounder role, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
n
n
Building rapport with Members and Guests from diverse backgrounds
n
Assisting Members and Guests with enquiries and requests
n
Working in our Housekeeping, Bar and Gaming Area, including beverage service, TAB and Keno
n
Delivery of great customer service experiences accurately and efficiently




n
Maintaining cleanliness of our service areas
n
Shifts range from 7.00am to 4.00am 7 days a week
n
n
REQUIREMENTS
n
n
Must be willing to work in outdoor smoking areas
n
Previous customer service experience
n
Current NSW RSA, RCG and ARCG qualification is essential or willing to obtain
n
Bar and gaming service experience is preferred
n
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
n
Willing to work a mixture of day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
n
Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods of time; and
n
Excellent personal presentation
n
