The Longbeach RSL is a large venue recentlyundergone major renovationslocated in the heart of Chelsea with a 180 seat full service restaurant, 80 gaming machines, TAB/Keno, sports bar and multiple function rooms.

Duty Manager at Longbeach RSL

the Duty Manager is a vital role within the Front of House Team, responsible for overseeing club operations, whilst ensuring all guests' requests are met efficiently and seamlessly by creating memorable experiences. We're seeking a passionate leader who is driven to create unforgettable experiences for our guests while nurturing and guiding a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
n
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the venue.
n
Act as the main point of contact for staff and patrons during shifts.
n
Monitor safety, security, and compliance with club policies.
n
Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
n
Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for members and guests.
n

About you:
n
To be successful in this role you will require the following attributes:
n
A minimum of 1 year experience at a Duty Manager level in a Food, Beverage & Gaming environment.
n
Strong understanding,



knowledge and compliance of Victoria liquor accord and Gaming legislation and have current RSA & RSG Certification.
n
Hold and RSA certificate and Gaming license.
n
Experience in System One.
n
Some TAB and Keno Knowledge.
n
Solid leadership qualities, including supervising staff and leading by example
n
