Uniting Farmborough Unanderra is a compassionate aged care home with 5 households and up to 25 residents, including a Memory Support Unit. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to lead clinical practice, develop and evaluate resident care plans, and liaise with families and health professionals to advocate for residents' quality of life.

You'll supervise Personal Care Workers and contribute to holistic decision-making to meet individual goals and support growth opportunities within our service.
