The role
n
You'll be a key member of the Allied Health team, providing high-quality physiotherapy services across community settings, including in-home and clinic-based appointments. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions within a goal-centred, patient-focused framework.
n
You'll collaborate with other allied health professionals, carers, and external providers to establish and review care plans, provide education, and support self-management. You'll maintain timely documentation and reporting, participate in case reviews and clinical governance activities, and contribute to a positive, cooperative team culture.

Requirements

Physiotherapy Degree
n
AHPRA Registration
n
Ideally 3 years experience
n
Driver's licenceand own vehicle
n
Eligibility for aMedicare Provider Number
n
Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children, First Aid certificates
n
Professional Indemnity insurance
n
