Tidda Workforce is currently seeking experienced Plant Operators and Road Workers to support upcoming road construction and maintenance projects across the South West NSW region. These opportunities offer competitive rates, a great roster, and the chance to work on essential infrastructure projects that support regional communities.

ABOUT THE ROLE
n
Location: Narrandera NSW & Surrounding South West Regions
n Start Date: Early September ****
n Duration: Opportunities available through October **** with potential extensions
n Roster: 9-Day Fortnight
n Pay Rate: Up to $***** per hour + Super (PAYG)
n
DUTIES MAY INCLUDE
n
n
Operating loaders, rollers, water carts and other plant equipment
n
Road maintenance and pavement repairs
n
Pothole repairs and roadside maintenance
n
Sign, guidepost and guardrail installation
n
Traffic control activities
n
General civil construction labouring
n
Working within road construction and maintenance crews
n
Protected use of hand and power tools
n
Maintaining a strong commitment to workplace safety
n
n
ABOUT YOU
n
To be successful in this role,



you will have:
n
n
White Card
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
WOF (Work on Foot) Ticket or willingness to obtain
n
Traffic Control Ticket or willingness to obtain
n
MR Licence highly regarded
n
Previous civil construction, road maintenance or plant operating experience
n
Loader, Roller and Water Cart experience highly regarded
n
Ability to pass a Police Check
n
Strong safety focus and reliable work ethic
n
n
IMPORTANT
n
For Plant Operator positions, applicants must be willing to camp away from home when required.
n
Projects may operate throughout the South West NSW region, including Narrandera, Tocumwal, Finley, Darlington Point and surrounding areas.
n
