Technical Business Analyst - Data Warehouse - Hybrid environment - wfh & CBD office + Daily rate We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst - Data Warehouse to join a major data transformation program within a leading superannuation organisation.
n
Working within the PMO, you will play a key role in defining the upfront business and technical requirements for a recent enterprise data warehouse. You will work closely with Data Engineers, business stakeholders and an external implementation vendor to ensure requirements are clearly defined and ready for delivery.

The Role:
n
n
Gather, analyse and validate business and technical data requirements
n
Define requirements for a new enterprise data warehouse
n
Undertake source-to-target analysis and data mapping
n
Work across Acurity and other enterprise/member platforms
n
Develop and maintain data dictionaries and business glossaries
n
Define business rules, data definitions and transformation requirements
n
Work closely with Data Engineers and Data Modellers
n
Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders
n




Work with the implementation vendor to clarify and validate requirements throughout delivery
n
n
Key Requirements:
n
n
Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst on data-focused programs
n
Demonstrated data warehouse / data platform implementation experience
n
Strong data mapping and source-to-target analysis capability
n
Experience defining data dictionaries, business glossaries and data requirements
n
Good understanding of SQL, databases and data structures
n
Experience working closely with Data Engineering teams
n
Strong requirements gathering, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
n
n
Highly Desirable:
n
n
Microsoft Azure data platform experience
n
Acurity experience
n
Superannuation / financial services experience
n
Experience with member administration platforms
n
Exposure to enterprise data warehouse migrations or transformations
n
n
