About the Role

You will be involved in a broad range of matters, including:

Commercial and retail leasing.

Property acquisitions and disposals.

Business sales and purchases.

Contract drafting and negotiation.

Property development and subdivision matters.

Due diligence and advisory work.
n
General commercial transactions.
n
Client relationship management and business development.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

3+ years' post-admission experience in commercial and property law (flexible for the right candidate).
n
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
n
Excellent communication and client management abilities.
n
A practical, commercial approach to legal problem-solving.

The ability to manage matters independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
