Estimator/Supervisor

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Conduct on-site assessments of residential and small commercial insurance claims
n
Prepare accurate scopes of work and repair estimates (Prime Ecosystem experience a bonus)
n
Coordinate and manage trades from start to completion — keeping quality and timelines on track
n
Be the main contact for policyholders, insurers,



and trades throughout each repair
n
Help develop and maintain a reliable contractor network across the Gold Coast & Northern NSW region
n
Ensure every job meets Australian building standards and insurer requirements
n
Manage multiple jobs simultaneously — organised, proactive, nothing slipping through
n
Occasional travel across the wider SEQ region may be required as we continue expanding.

What You'll Bring
n
n
Proven experience as an Insurance Building Supervisor, Estimator, or Assessor
n
Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction — or strong equivalent trade background
n
QBCC Supervisor Licence (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
n
Cert III in Carpentry or relevant trade is a strong advantage
n
Solid understanding of residential construction methods and Australian building standards
n
Comfortable reading engineering reports, scopes, and insurance documentation
n
Clear, professional communicator — with customers, insurers, and trades alike
n
Experienced with job management or estimating software (Prime Ecosystem highly regarded)
n
Current driver's licence and comfortable working across Brisbane and surrounds
n
