This one has. Of four clinics in the group, two are run in partnership with GPs who came through as registrars. Not a pathway on paper, a pathway people have already walked.

Doctor-owned and built over fifteen to twenty years, and every site is a teaching practice. All four connect weekly for a Wednesday education day, so you're not practising in isolation.

Thornleigh is where it started and remains the flagship. A GP is retiring at the end of the year after around thirty years in the area, so you'd step into a loyal, long-standing patient list rather than build one.

There's also significant aged care work across a number of homes, supported by nurse practitioners and a vaccination program, if that's a direction you want to grow in.
