Independent Living Specialists – Eastern Creek NSW

We are seeking a well-presented and customer-focused individual to join our Pressure Care team as a Delivery & Installer.
n
Based out of our Eastern Creek National Distribution Centre, you will deliver and install equipment to hospitals and healthcare facilities across Sydney.
n
This is a hands-on, on-the-road role where you will be responsible for delivering, installing and collecting essential healthcare equipment, ensuring a high level of service to hospitals.
n
This role operates on a rotating roster, with standard shifts of 9:00am - 5:00pm and one week per month of 1:00pm - 9:00pm shifts. You will also be required to work 2 out of 4 weekends per month.
n
You will also be provided with a tablet to manage your daily schedule, log jobs, and communicate updates in real-time, so confidence using technology is essential.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Load and unload your vehicle at the start and end of each day
n
Deliver and install pressure care equipment (e.g. mattresses) within set timeframes
n
Collect equipment from hospitals and healthcare facilities
n
Accurately log jobs, updates and notes using a company-issued tablet
n
Communicate effectively with nurses,



patients and hospital staff
n
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard in line with ILS expectations
n
n
About you
n
n
Professional, friendly and able to build strong relationships with customers
n
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
n
Confident using technology, including tablets or mobile devices to manage jobs
n
Strong time management and organisational skills
n
A current Driver's Licence (full licence required - no L/P plates)
n
n
Requirements

Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
Ability to meet immunisation requirements
n
Fully COVID-19 vaccinated (3 doses)
