Job Description
Veolia is looking for a Planner / Scheduler to join our Network Services team in Rocklea ****. In this role, you'll plan daily work for field crews, coordinate access and permits, track job progress and help keep essential wastewater network services running smoothly. Your scheduling skills will have a direct impact on communities across the region.

What you'll be responsible for
n
n
Preparing daily schedules, dispatching jobs to field crews and monitoring progress and deadlines.
n
Ensuring schedules are planned, tracked and delivered on time.
n
Scheduling and coordinating property access, permits and notifications
n
Assisting with maintaining a Geographic Information System and other management systems.
n
Assisting with IT and administration support for the field crew.
n
Building and nurturing strong stakeholder relationships.
n

What you'll need to be successful
n
n
Proven track record in a similar role
n
Experience with ESRI ArcGIS or similar GIS software preferred
n
Experience with ClickMobile, Salesforce Field Service Edge or similar software
n
Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
n
