Lead financial planning and business performance, owning budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, cashflow forecasting, and monthly performance reporting.

Own commercial finance, margin analysis, customer and product profitability, and business performance insights.
n
Drive profitability and operational efficiency, identifying opportunities to optimise pricing, logistics, warehousing, distribution costs,



and overall business performance.

Partner with operational and executive leaders to provide commercial insights, support strategic decision-making, and influence business outcomes.
n
Lead the finance function, leading, coaching, and growing a small team of finance professionals.
n

Profile
n
n
CA, CPA, CIMA or ACCA qualified with proven experience business partnering with operational teams.
n
Strong expertise in commercial analysis, margin analysis, pricing, operations, warehousing, distribution costs, and overall business performance.
n
A commercially minded leader with the ability to influence stakeholders, challenge thinking, and drive improved business performance.
n
Highly analytical, hands-on, and proactive, with strong ERP, reporting, financial modelling, and continuous improvement capabilities.
n

Job Offer

Competitive salary between AUD $160,000 and AUD $180,000.
