IT Service Delivery Manager
n NSW Government | Contract | Parramatta (Hybrid)
n Contract: 17/08/2026 - 31/12/2026 (with likely extension)
n Rate: $900-$950/day + super
n
Own service delivery for a major grants management program - a genuinely wide-ranging role spanning ITSM, supplier management, and
reporting/analytics
support.

What you'll do
n
n
Run day-to-day service delivery across a whole-of-government platform - SLAs, incidents, problem management, supplier performance
n
Build and mature ITSM processes and tools that actually get used, not just documented
n
Support agencies with Whole of Government Reporting queries and help build bespoke dashboards
n
Be the person who lifts other agencies' reporting capability, not just fixes their tickets
n

Competing priorities across multiple agencies and suppliers, all wanting things now

Getting ITSM discipline embedded in a way people will actually follow

Agencies at very different maturity levels needing very different kinds of support
n

What you need
n
n
7+ years in IT service management, application support or service delivery in a complex enterprise environment
n
Experience supporting business-critical, integrated platforms -
reporting/analytics
included
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills; comfortable being the connective tissue between business, technical and supplier teams
n
Hands-on exposure to Power BI, Azure, Snowflake or similar
n
Solid grasp of data governance, data models and reporting concepts
n
Relevant tertiary quals/certs in IT, IS, CS, Business or Data & Analytics - or equivalent experience
